A national platform for Syria's green transition
Clean energy. Protected environment. Resources shaping Syria's future.
The Society builds scientific and community awareness of renewable energy and climate change, connecting experts, the public and private sectors, and local communities to implementable projects across every Syrian governorate.
A Syrian association with a scientific and community identity, working where economic recovery meets environmental protection.
Who we are
The Syrian Society for Renewable Energy, Climate Change, Environment and Natural Resources is registered in Damascus, with activities covering all Syrian territory. It works to protect natural resources, reduce emissions and pollution, and advance renewable and alternative energy sources.
Vision
For renewable energy to become a pillar alongside conventional energy in Syria, achieving self-sufficiency and supporting exports within a clean, healthy environment.
Mission
Raising the scientific and cultural capacity of individuals and increasing awareness of environmental responsibilities and sustainable development.
Values
Participation, respect for environmental values, protection of natural resources, and promoting the transition to renewable energy.
Renewable energy isn't a luxury; it's infrastructure for recovery.
The site's new identity connects the Society's mission to Syria's reality: the need for water and power, restarting production, training young people, and opening a clean, workable investment path.
